Description
- Expertly brew and prepare a variety of coffee.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of each coffee product.
- Handle and grind coffee beans, as well as measure and mix ingredients to create various coffee blends.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic working environment.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with various coffee brewing methods and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
