We are looking for Head Chef (Indian/Continental Cuisine) with below experience in industrial catering.

1.    Responsible for preparing and cooking food in our Central Kitchen.
2.    Planning menus, and supervising kitchen staff.
3.    Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen meets health and safety standards, overseeing inventory.
4.    Estimate food requirement and food costs.
5.    Knowledge of food and safety regulations and laws.

Desired Skills & Experience

Any relevant degree, culinary or food production certificate is a plus point
