Position- Office Admin

Nationality- Indian (Fluent in English)

Gender- Female

We are looking for an experienced (GCC- more than 3 years) female candidate for an Office Admin position in a trading company selling fitness equipment located at Ramada Signal, Salwa Road.

Candidate should possess:

1. A good command of the English language is mandatory.

2. Fluent in typing email/letter drafting (English) is mandatory.

3. Good and thorough knowledge of MS Office.

4. Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize project-related documents.

2. Efficiency to verify data integrity and document completeness.

3. Support the sales team in creating reports and documentation for the submission.

4. Able to make Quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices Etc.

4. Able to answer phone calls and emails and attend showroom customers.

5. Office communication.

6. Able to coordinate the customers and the technical team.

7. Able to communicate with customers professionally and efficiently.

5. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Note: –

1. Candidates without a valid transferable Qatar resident permit will not be considered.

2. Short-listed candidates will be asked to come for a one or two-day trial and will be selected based on their performance.

3. Salary Package:- QAR 4000-4500 (All Inclusive- Non-negotiable) depends on experience.

4. Probation period: – 3 months

5. Normal Timings: 08:00 am to 06:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday- Friday Holiday. (Candidate should willing to work other shifts also. Shifts will be 08:00 am to 06:00 pm or 11:00 am to 09:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday, 02:00 pm to 09:00 pm on Fridays. Total work will be Six days a week including Friday)

6. Location: Ramada Signal, Salwa Road
