Job Description

Nair Systems is currently looking Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Skills
· Knowledge of Oracle EBS systems
· Knowledge of latest stack of Oracle HRMS products
· Experience in relevant modules related to Core HR, Payroll, Leave Absence, Performance and Talent Management, as well as all related EBS modules
· Understanding of HR processes
· Experience in HR process analysis, engineering, and optimization
Functional Knowledge
Setup Configurations
AIM methodology
Communication with Stake Holders
· Previous experience in similar environments and upgrades
· Good communication and analytical skills
Key deliverables:
BRD documents, mapping of requirements to processes, GAP Analysis of existing systems, conversion and data mapping, custom extension analysis, application setup, documentation.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
