•   Skilled at commercial and contract management of consultants and contractors to maintain cost-effectiveness for Industrial & Commercial projects.
•    Proven success in managing high value projects from inception to completion up-to settlement of final account, involving planning, execution, monitoring, budget control, value engineering and waste reductions.
•          Commercial projects
•          Highly skilled in managing pre-award & post-award stages of contracts including tendering, estimation, bid evaluation, contract administration, documentation and in carrying out all contractual correspondence personally.
•     Expertise in managing functions related to post-contract, invoice & variation claims, estimation, cost engineering, project tendering, cost management and site operations.
•          Strong exposure in managing overall tender process starting from pre-qualification, evaluating / assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to bid decisions, and estimating required material, equipment & manpower needs.
•        An enterprising leader with excellent negotiation, analytical, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
•        Must have experience in estimation in Civil, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing.

• Specialized in Cost Estimation, Budgeting & Forecast, Negotiation & Contract Finalization, Tender Submission, Quality Compliance, Process Enhancement, Cross-functional Coordination, Proposal Management and Pre-tender Cost Estimates

Desired Skills & Experience

•      We need minimum 4-5 years Experience in Qatar for Civil& MEP.
•        Knowing Tamil is added Advantage
