Immediate hiring & NOC required

We are looking for a Store Keeper having 1-2 years in catering company/ food & beverage industry.

Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, including product quantities and item descriptions.

Regularly updating inventory databases or systems.

Monitoring stock levels to ensure that products are adequately stocked and reordering as necessary.

Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies.

Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to verify the quality and quantity of items received.

Checking for damaged or defective items and reporting discrepancies to the appropriate department.

Properly storing incoming goods in designated locations within the warehouse.

Filling orders and requests for products, materials, or supplies from various departments.

Preparing items for dispatch, which may include packaging, labeling, and creating delivery documents.

Ensuring that products are distributed to the right department or location.

Keeping the storage area clean and organized.

Arranging items in a logical and easily accessible manner.

Ensuring that products are stored according to their specific requirements, such as temperature or handling needs

Implementing a “first-in, first-out” (FIFO) or “first-expiry, first-out” (FEFO) system for perishable goods to minimize waste.

Rotating stock to prevent obsolescence or spoilage.

Verify and monitor all items for expiry and maintain records.

Maintaining records of stock transactions, receipts, and distributions.

Generating reports on inventory levels, usage, and stock valuation.

Enforcing security measures to protect the inventory from theft or unauthorized access.

Maintaining awareness of any security or safety hazards in the storage area.

Collaborating with other departments to understand their stock needs and providing support as required.

Notifying management of any issues related to inventory, such as shortages or overages.

Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if required).
