Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their individual requirements.
• Assist customers in finding the right products by demonstrating features and benefits.
• Effectively communicate promotions, sales, and special events to customers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
• Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a sports or athletic environment.
• Strong passion for sports and an understanding of various athletic activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of sports equipment, apparel, and accessories is a plus.
